All orders are processed with precision and intent.

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic: 3–5 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

Please note:

• Delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs — these are outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability due to limited releases

• If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

• We recommend securing your correct size at purchase due to limited stock

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue and your order number

We will resolve the issue quickly and appropriately.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated at checkout.

Important

Division Inner Circle operates on limited drops (DIV.001, DIV.002, etc.).
Once a product is sold out, it may not return.

We encourage careful review of sizing and product details before purchase.
