Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.

  • Limited releases may sell out quickly — securing your order does not guarantee restocks.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Division Inner Circle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Due to limited drops, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limited Releases

  • Many Division Inner Circle products are part of exclusive, limited runs (DIV.001, etc.).

  • These items may not be restocked once sold out.

  • Ownership represents access to a specific moment within the brand.

Product Care

  • Follow care instructions on the garment label to maintain quality.

  • Improper washing or handling may affect durability and print integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
